Cheryl Re Education is committed to equity, inclusion, and dignity in education.
We believe educator well-being and equity are closely connected. Both systems and individual habits can place heavy demands on educators. When expectations grow without support, or when educators feel pressure to carry more than their role requires, people can become overworked, unheard, or exhausted. This affects both educators and students.
Our work recognizes that some challenges come from system design, and some come from personal patterns developed over time. We help educators and schools see the difference. We challenge practices that rely on constant self-sacrifice, while also supporting educators in building clear boundaries and sustainable ways of working.
We are committed to ongoing learning, reflection, and accountability. We listen, learn, and adjust our work as we grow.
