About

My name is Cheryl Re

With over 20 years of experience in education—including 15 years in the Dominican Republic—I have dedicated my career to helping students, teachers, and parents thrive. As a former teacher, school leader, and currently as an education consultant, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges families face when navigating their child’s education.

I believe parents are the cornerstone of their child’s success. That’s why I’ve created seminars and consultations to provide parents with the tools, insights, and strategies they need to:

  • Empower their child to take charge of their own learning.

  • Partner effectively with teachers and schools.

  • Navigate frustrations and challenges with confidence and clarity.

By bridging the gap between schools and families, I aim to help parents foster smoother communication and stronger collaboration with educators—ultimately creating a more supportive and effective learning environment for children.

As a lifelong learner, I stay up-to-date with the latest trends in education and understand the perspectives of teachers, administrators, and parents alike. I'm passionate about helping parents feel informed, confident, and capable of guiding their children toward lifelong success.

Cheryl Re Education is committed to equity, inclusion, and dignity in education.
We believe educator well-being and equity are closely connected. Both systems and individual habits can place heavy demands on educators. When expectations grow without support, or when educators feel pressure to carry more than their role requires, people can become overworked, unheard, or exhausted. This affects both educators and students.
Our work recognizes that some challenges come from system design, and some come from personal patterns developed over time. We help educators and schools see the difference. We challenge practices that rely on constant self-sacrifice, while also supporting educators in building clear boundaries and sustainable ways of working.
We are committed to ongoing learning, reflection, and accountability. We listen, learn, and adjust our work as we grow.
